1. Who we are
Filvia is a project of Print and Pixel Lab, Via Eugenio Bertini 92, 47122 Forlì (FC), Italy. Email: [email protected].
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't create a purchase, a subscription or any other obligation for you. We use your email only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to us. Joining doesn't oblige us to launch Filvia or to offer it to you, and we may close the waitlist.
3. Nothing to buy yet
You can't buy anything on this website. The prices shown are the prices we plan to charge, include VAT, and may change before launch. When Filvia is ready, the terms of sale, including your right of withdrawal as a consumer, will be published before you can buy anything.
4. Release and features
Filvia is planned for release on 31 October 2026; until then, the only version will be the public beta, which is coming soon. Features described on this website may change, arrive later or be dropped. The app screens shown on this website are design previews, not screenshots of the finished product.
5. The beta, "as is"
The Filvia beta is test software. It may contain errors, stop working, or act in ways we didn't intend, and features may change or disappear between versions. It is provided "as is", without any promise that it is suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own backups of any file you let Filvia work on. Filvia always asks before deleting, sending, paying or accepting terms, but you should still check what it did.
6. What you may not do with Filvia
You may not use Filvia, or ask it, to do anything that is illegal or harmful, including: creating, spreading or running malware; accessing computers, accounts or data without permission; sending spam or bulk messages; fraud, scams or impersonating others; harassing, threatening or harming people; violating other people's privacy, copyright or other rights; or getting around the safety checks built into Filvia.
7. Your responsibility
Filvia works on your computer, on your instructions, with the AI provider and key you choose. You are responsible for the requests you give it, for the actions you approve, and for the costs charged by your AI provider for your key. Keep your keys and licence codes private.
8. Licence and beta codes
Filvia is licensed to you, not sold. Licences and beta codes are personal and may not be shared, sold or published. You may not copy, decompile, modify or reverse-engineer Filvia, or remove or get around its licence checks, except where the law expressly allows it.
9. Suspension and revocation
If Filvia is used in breach of sections 6 or 8, we may suspend or revoke the licence or beta code concerned immediately, without notice and without refund, and take any other step the law allows. We may also suspend the service or a feature to protect users or our systems, for example after a security problem.
10. Changes to Filvia
We may change, add or remove features, plans and prices. For paid plans we will tell you in advance about changes that affect you, and you can stop using the plan before they apply.
11. Using this website
The Filvia name, logo and the content of this website belong to Print and Pixel Lab. Please don't copy them or present them as your own. We work to keep the website available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Print and Pixel Lab’s total liability towards you for any claim relating to Filvia, the beta or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for Filvia in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. For the free Core plan, the waitlist and the free beta, where you have paid nothing, this amount is zero.
This limitation never applies to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or in any other case where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited.
13. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms, including by section 12.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use Filvia for your business or profession, the Court of Forlì (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can always bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example before launch. The date at the top shows the latest version.
